Where can I buy Mint+ smartphones
Mint+ smartphones are available to purchase from our website, Mintplus.ie as well as our retail partners Vodafone, Tesco Mobile, eir, Harvey Norman, Three, Power City, Expert, Euronics and much more.
When will my purchase Mint+ purchase arrive
Mint+ offer delivery within 1-2 business days of placing your order. There is a standard charge of €7.50 for all orders.
Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email with a tracking link for your shipment.
What shipping carriers do you use
Your Mint+ order will be dispatched via our courier partners, DPD Ireland. You can track your Order Here
Can I cancel my order
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our support team via email, phone or chat as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, orders that have been processed can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned.
Are your Accessories new
Yes, all of our accessories are brand new except for a limited range of Refurbished Apple watches that will be clearly marked as refurbished on the product page.

Mint+ is a brand of Fónua Limited, the European specialist in trade-in and resale of pre-owned smartphones.

What is a Mint+ Smartphone
A Mint+ smartphone is one which has already had a first life. After collecting it from its first owner, we clean it, then one of our teams of qualified technicians performs a detailed technical assessment. All functions are tested and confirmed.
All data from the previous user is deleted. The phone may show some superficial signs of wear (micro-scratches) from previous careful use of the device.
What is the difference between Phone Grading
At Mint+ we stock As New, Very Good and Good Pre-owned iPhones and Smartphones. Mint+ As New pre-owned Phones are grade A, that are guaranteed to look and work like brand new phones.
Mint+ Very Good & Good pre-owned Phones, are pre-owned phones that have been tested to ensure they work like new however they may have some signs of previous use such as minor exterior scratches.
What are the prices based on
The prices of our Mint+ vary depending on the model, storage capacity and grading of the device. The newer the model, the more storage capacity, and the better outward condition the phone is in, determines the price.
All our Mint+ devices function like new, regardless of their condition category.
Are Mint+ pre-owned phones unlocked
Yes, All Mint+ refurbished iPhones and Smartphones are unlocked, sim free and are suitable with any network sim.

Returns
15 Day Change of mind
You can return your Mint+ order as a change of mind within 15 days from the purchase date. All Mint+ orders are dispatched with a returns form.
Please complete the required details and follow the steps highlighted to avail of a free postage return of your order. Once received into our returns centre, we will issue your refund.
90-day DOA returns policy
Should your device incur a fault within 90 days of purchase, Mint+ will offer a replacement device once the fault is verified by our suppliers as a manufacturing fault. All Mint+ orders are dispatched with a returns form.
Please complete the required details and follow the steps highlighted to avail of a free postage return of your order. Once received into our returns centre, we will issue your replacement device.
Faulty devices outside of 90 Days
Mint+ offer a 12-month warranty for our pre-owned iPhones and smartphones. Should your device incur a fault within 12 months but outside the 90 days of purchase, we offer a one year manufacturer’s warranty repair via our sister company Fónfix.

How does the warranty work
Our smartphones and accessories enjoy a commercial warranty which covers the product in the event of non-conformity.
This warranty is limited to replacing the purchased product with another reconditioned product from an equivalent range.

If you have bought your handset from one of our resellers you must inform your vendor of such defect as soon as practicable after becoming aware of that defect and you must present your handset to your vendor together with your proof of purchase.

Are your mobile phones sold with accessories

Are Mint+ pre-owned phones sold with a SIM card or a network plan
No – unless otherwise indicated by the reseller, mobiles phones are sold without SIM cards and are unlocked (not tied to any operator).
Can I collect a purchase directly from your warehouse location
Unfortunately, Mint+ do not offer a click & collect service at present. Mint+ offer fast delivery, within 1-2 business days. You can also purchase Mint+ devices instore from the retailers we supply to.
Do Mint+ offer a VAT invoice
Yes, Mint+ can offer a VAT invoice. Please contact our support team via chat or email and we can supply a copy of this for your business.
Do Mint+ ship to the EU
Currently Mint+ only ship orders to the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
